Competences:
• recognizing conflict situations in groups and organizations; identifying sources of conflict and learning about techniques for mastering the escalation of conflicts; knowledge about the analytical process of assessing conflicts; basic steps in the process of negotiation;
• skills in negotiating and alternative conflict solution; learning about the main steps in the process of collaborative decision making in interpersonal conflicts; negotiations in groups and organizations;
• skills in mediation in interpersonal conflicts; solving internal conflicts in teams and organizations; facilitating negotiations between organizations.
Admission requirements: completed High school and/or undergraduate degree.
Course requirements: 90 hours of classroom instruction, final course project, internship.
