The second course of the National Programme “Governing Skills”, dedicated to regional development and local self-government, began today at the Riu Hotel in Pravets. The participants presented their ideas for improving the quality of the higher education and his link to the business. They were divided into four groups – representatives of government, business, universities and students. The group assignments were evaluated by a special jury, which includes experts from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science, NGOs and representatives of political parties.
