Thirty nine participants in the National Program of the Bulgarian School of Politics “Dimitry Panitza”, among them members of Parliament, mayors, municipal councilors, representatives of NGOs and businesses, etc. received their diplomas at a special Graduation Ceremony, which was held on 14 December at the American Corner of the Sofia City Library. The diplomas were awarded by the Chair of the Board of the Bulgarian School of Politics Sasha Bezuhanova and the Executive Director Irina Alexieva. Shasha Bezuhanova thanked to the Class 2013 for their efforts during the Program and wished them lots of success in their professional development. Irina Alexieva reminded the participants about the legacy of the School’s founder Dimi Panitza “to never give up but not to take themselves too seriously”.
During the event, the analysis entitled “Refugees – “Person of the Year” or Problem of the Year for Bulgaria?”, developed by the Bulgarian School of Politics, was presented.
The newly graduated Class 2013 was the host of the traditional Christmas Party of BSoP Alumni. The Party was on 14 December at the Rich House restaurant in Sofia and nearly 100 people from all classes of the School’s Programs celebrated until early morning.
For yet another year the School’s alumni showed that they could not only work hard but also celebrate well and that they keep their good relationships after their graduation.
