The State policy regarding the refugees was the topic of an open debate between Alumni of the Bulgarian School of Politics, representatives of the state administration and stakeholders. The discussion was attended by the Chairman of the State Agency for Refugees Mr. Nikolay Chirpanliev and the lawyer Mr. Shteryo Nojarov . Mr. Chirpanliev presented to the audience the measures for the integration of the refugees in Bulgaria and Mr. Nozharov who is the author of a refugee law manual, explained the procedure for obtaining the status “refugee”. They answered to many questions of people from the political parties and representatives of NGOs and academia, of the UN Refugee Agency in Bulgaria.
