The team of the Bulgarian School of Politics “Dimitry Panitza” (BSoP) and three of the key experts with whom the School has been working for years attended a training in Spain.
The city of Reus and the Spanish organization “DomSpain” hosted and trained the BSoP team and the three experts. During five days, they acquired knowledge and skills key to their work for effective use of digital tools in the training process, for successful selection and application of training strategies for hybrid training, for better visualization of the organization’s activities.
Special attention was given to the use of online tools such as Mentimeter, Genially and Miro in group online classes, which will allow the BSoP team to enrich its National Program “Governing Skills” and its Regional Training Programs. Acquired new skills for working with Canva, Prezi, modern software and mobile applications for video and audio editing, will help the School team and experts to improve the way they present their project activities, will enable them to make more attractive and engaging visuals.
The training program developed and implemented by “DomSpain” included non-formal learning methods and a combination of theoretical classes and work on practical cases and assignments.
After the working days, the hosts showed their guests from Bulgaria the sights in this part of Spain, told them about their work and together discussed options for future cooperation.
The five-day training in Spain was part of the project ” Better digital skills of BSoP team and educators for more effective online trainings and for better engagement of the target groups”. The project is implemented under the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
