The Third Course of the National Programme Began

The third course of the National Programme “Governing Skills”, dedicated to national priorities and national decisions, began today at the Riu Hotel in Pravets. The participants presented their measures for energy efficiency. They were divided into four groups – representatives of the Parliament, the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Work, municipal administration and the House Managers Association. The group assignments were evaluated by a special jury, which includes experts from the Presidency, NGOs and representatives of political parties.

Another focus of the program was the lecture of Mr. Julian Popov, who is Chairmen of the BSoP’s Managing Board. He explained alternative scenarios for Energy Security.
