The “Together for LGBT Rights in Bulgaria” project will raise the awareness among teachers, politicians, business leaders, civil society leaders, and LGBT youths regarding the many forms of discrimination and prejudice that LGBT people face in Bulgaria. As a major result, increased intolerance to discrimination and mobilization of allies to the LGBT equality movement in Bulgaria is expected.
The project is implemented by a consortium consisting of: Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation, Bulgarian Donor Forum, Bulgarian School of Politics “Dimitry Panitza”, Syndicate “Education” at Podkrepa Labor Code, Glas Foundation Bulgaria and Youth LGBT Organization “Deistvie”. The project partners working in different spheres join together to implement a broad information campaign among their target groups in support of the LGBT people’s equality in Bulgaria.
