Capacity Building – New Opportunities for Participation and Engagement

Project “Capacity Building – New Opportunities for Participation and Engagement” aims to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations for active participation in the programming, implementation, and monitoring of policies within the framework of the Partnership Agreement 2021–2027, as well as in the preparation for the post-2027 programming period.
Through a series of innovative trainings, forums, and seminars, the project will promote cooperation between the civil, public, and private sectors, as well as the use of digital tools for participation and transparency.
The project includes three main activities:
1. A forum and conference for the exchange of good practices and models for partnership and public–private–civil governance;
2. A seminar on digital transparency and civic engagement;
3. A roundtable and discussion forum on partnership in integrated territorial development and the implementation of the principles of the New European Bauhaus.
The project will contribute to broader civic participation, effective partnerships, and sustainable development in the new programming period beyond 2027.
Project “Capacity Building – New Opportunities for Participation and Engagement” is funded under the “Technical Assistance” Program” (TAP), co-financed by the European Union.
