BSoP developed an analysis of the training needs of women leaders from the District of Kremikovtsi, dedicated to the prevention and response to cases of domestic violence. The document outlines key knowledge and skills that they need to develop in order to be able to provide effective support to victims and contribute to building a safer and more informed community.
The study will serve as a basis for developing a training program for women leaders from the Kremikovtsi District, which will strengthen their role as active participants in the fight against domestic violence and support for victims.
The initiative is part of the project “Gather your strength and say STOP to violence”, which is implemented with the financial support of the Sofia Municipality – Europe 2025 Program, by the Bulgarian School of Politics “Dimitry Panitza”, in partnership with the Municipality of Kremikovtsi and the “Mihail Gelev 1926” Community Center – Chelopechene.
